What a pleasure to find Ulpan Neve Tsedek. I have had good experiences at other ulpanim but wanted a change, and I am more than satisfied. My teacher, Zvi, is a true professional – smart, funny, erudite and serious. The class is full of interesting people from many countries – a mixture of olim and tourists. While I may not reach my unrealistic dream of speaking fluently and reading with ease, I feel increasingly more confident and comfortable becoming a Hebrew speaker with a dreadful American accent.

Hi ! My name is Gilda and I'm from France. I have just spent a few months in Tel Aviv, as a student-tourist, more an immature tourist than the mature student I should have been, I must admit ! Still, I wanted to learn Hebrew and after having spent a month in another very big factory-like ulpan (no names!), I decided to try Neve Tsedek. Good move ! I just loved it and found there everything I could hope for : not only good teachers, small classes and a great atmosphere but also helpful and professional people who make their best to make you learn and improve while making you feel you are not JUST a student ! As a language teacher myself, I could appreciate their professionalism and investment. I've been back home for nearly two weeks now and although I was not too proud of myself because I didn't work much, I realise now that I learnt a lot. Thanks to the two Michal-s, I had a wonderful experience and can't wait to go back soon, hopefully to Kita Bet (he he) ! Thanks again... Miss you all !

Prof d'anglais en région parisienne, j'ai décidé de prendre quelques mois de "pause" en Israel pour (entre autres) apprendre l'hébreu. Après un mois dans un autre oulpan de Tel-Aviv, j'ai essayé "Neve Tsedek" et ai adoré mon expérience. J'ai beaucoup aimé passer de l'autre côté du bureau et pu apprécier le professionnalisme et l'investissement des profs et de toute l'équipe. Une ambiance chaleureuse, de petits effectifs, des profs et une directrice toujours à l'écoute et soucieux de la réussite des talmidim qui font de cet établissement un lieu de travail, certes mais dans une atmosphère conviviale où la dimension humaine fait toute la différence ! J'attends juste de pouvoir y retourner bientôt, en kita bet ! Merci surtout aux deux Michal-s !

My name is Maria-Jose and I am currently learning hebrew at Ulpan Neve Tsedek. I have been coming here for several months now and I have been having the best learning experience here. Not only do they gave a great teaching method but they have wonderful- and warm- teachers. Also, as the classes are usually comprised of not more than 15 students- often less- it makes for an excellent interpersonal class dynamic. There is ample time to practice written hebrew as well as lots of conversational hebrew. As opposed to larger Ulpans, I find myself getting so much better with my spoken hebrew. A smaller class makes it so much easier for our teacher to conduct oral exercises and hear us all out so as to better correct our mistakes. This is not possible at larger Ulpans and this is why Ulpan Neve Tzedek works so well for me. There are also many people from non-english speaking countries which is great because you find yourself having to resort to hebrew to communicate with them- it makes for fenomenal practice! This allows me to step out of my 'language comfort zone' and not use english as a crutch- an all too easy problem that happens often living in Israel :) There is a very "family atmosphere" that is felt throughout the whole Ulpan, amongst all its students. I am so happy for having chosen Ulpan Neve Tzedek- I have been learning hebrew much faster than any other place I've tried in the past and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn the language!

Οταν πρώτο ήρθα στο Ισραήλ ολα μου φαινοταν πολλη δυσκολα μέχρι βρήκα αυτο το σχολειο. Η δάσκαλοι ειναι απιστεφτει και μας εκαναν τη ζωη εύκολη. Μεσα σε 6 μεινες εμαθα να μιλισω, να γραφω, και να διαβάζω. Ειμε πολλη ευχαριστίμαινει και συνιστω απο ολλη την καρδια το σχολειο νεβκ τζεδεκ

am inceput scoala acum 6 luni si sunt foarte multumita de rezultat cand, am ajuns aici nu stiam nici macar un cuvant, dar dupa 6 luni deja am inceput sa vorbesc si sa scriu. scoala este minunata, conditiile sunt foarte bune, iar profesorii sunt extraordinari. pretul este acceptabil. recomand din toata inima ulpan nevek tzedek

Меня зовут Виктория и я учу иврит в Ульпане "Неве Цедек".

Живу в израиле почти три года и много слышала о разных ульпанах. Но когда стал выбор куда идти учиться - выбрала ульпан "Неве Цедек". И ни грамма не пожалела. Не большие группы. Очень хорошие преподаватели, которым важно, чтобы мы понимали иврит. В административном плане полный порядок. Всегда помогут и подскажут как разобраться в той или иной ситуации.

Я заканчиваю сейчас уровень "Алеф+" и собираюсь учиться и дальше.
Отдельное спасибо моему преподавателю Ниру!!! Это просто супер педагог, который за пол года обучения стал еще и другом. Ему важно чтобы его ученики понимали ивоит и хотели учить это интересный язык. Нир очень внимательный учитель, может создать дружескую атмосферу в классе и всегда заботится о своих учениках. Если вы стоите перед выбором ульпана – то только Ульпан "Неве Цедек" - это лучший ульпан в Израиле!!!

In hartje Tel Aviv gelegen, biedt Ulpan Neve Tzedek leerlingen de ideale omgeving om op ongedwongen en afwisselende wijze de taal van Israël machtig te worden. Je leert samen met medeleerlingen van over de hele wereld en Hebreeuws wordt zo spelenderwijs met een beetje goede wil al snel de voertaal. Zeker aan te raden voor Nederlanders die van plan zijn om langere tijd in Israël te blijven!
